    The Role

We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Americas team — selling into companies with 1,000 to 7,500 employees. As enterprises move AI agents into production, these deals are getting bigger and more cross-functional. We need a leader who can build a repeatable new-logo engine and coach reps to win multi-threaded, executive-level deals.

    What You’ll Do

Lead the Enterprise Americas team’s forecast, pipeline coverage, and new-logo bookings as it grows from 4 to 6 reps.

Build a consistent outbound culture: inspect pipeline creation weekly, coach messaging, and set the standard for how the team prospects into enterprise accounts.

Coach reps inside live deals on discovery, multi-threading, executive access, and deal navigation — on the calls, not just in the forecast review.

Run disciplined deal inspection and qualification (MEDDPICC, value selling) and teach it so it sticks.

Recruit 1–2 AEs from your own network, and make every rep on the team measurably better.

Partner with SEs, SDRs, marketing, and CS to shape the enterprise motion as it scales.

    What We’re Looking For

Hunter turned leader. You were a top new-logo AE, got promoted into first-line management, and have 2–5 years leading enterprise sellers. You still know how to run a deal and you want the next leadership step.

Playbook pedigree. You were trained inside a disciplined, KPI-driven enterprise SaaS org
