About this role
Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company!
As a Senior Business Development Manager on Taboola’s Growth Advertisers team in Bangkok, you will own new business development across APAC, building a portfolio of high-growth DTC ecommerce, affiliate and performance marketing advertisers from the ground up.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a highly commercial, entrepreneurial seller who can create opportunity where it does not yet exist. There is no inherited book: you will identify the right businesses, build relationships with founders and decision-makers, originate and close deals, and help advertisers build the foundations to scale on Taboola.
The DTC and performance marketing ecosystem is relationship- and community-driven, and the strongest seller in this role will become a visible part of it: building a network and personal brand, hosting and attending industry events, and creating partnerships with influencers and community leaders so Taboola becomes embedded where our future customers operate.
You will work closely with Growth Marketing to turn emerging brands, communities and acquisition trends into scalable commercial opportunities.
Our advertisers are lean, ambitious businesses, often selling into the US and Europe from APAC. They care deeply about unit economics and scale quickly when the numbers work, so you need to understand their business. Taboola sits at the top of the performance funnel: the click.
You will need to understand everything that happens after it, from creative, landing page and offer through to conversion rate, AOV, CPA and LTV, and use data to help clients see what needs to change to grow.
This is a Bangkok-based role. We are open to candidates from anywhere in the world, with visa and relocation support available for eligible candidates.
