About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into paying customers.

This is a high-activity sales role focused on lead follow-up, qualification, objection handling, and closing. You’ll own opportunities from initial conversation through conversion while maintaining consistent follow-up and accurate CRM records.

What You’ll Do

Respond quickly to inbound sales leads Conduct outbound follow-up with prospects Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Prepare quotes and clearly explain pricing Handle objections and confidently close sales Follow up consistently on open opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity Achieve individual sales and conversion targets

Requirements

2+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience Proven closing and objection-handling ability Strong written and verbal English communication Experience working with CRM systems Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment Highly organized, persistent, and disciplined with follow-up Results-driven and comfortable working against KPIs
