About this role
Business development for a range of services entails figuring out and creating business plans by exploring opportunities in domestic and international markets. Conduct sales visits and cultivate new clientele using tactics aimed at augmenting market portions in the domains of marine, offshore, power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, and industry.
Create and carry out all strategic sales plans to meet sales performance targets and advance business objectives. Organize and cultivate relationships with both current and potential clients. Coordinate with operation staff to prepare quotes from subcontractors and answer customer questions.
Talk about technical capability, manpower, and schedule details with operation personnel in order to obtain a quote. Create cost estimates and draft quotes to send to customers or sales representatives. Communicate with customers, sales staff, and operation personnel. Oversee ongoing projects that are currently underway.
