This is an exciting time for you to join the team: our customer base is expanding globally, our product is evolving fast, and our sales engine is scaling like never before.As a BDR in our Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for all of Paddle’s sales efforts.
You’ll create demand, spark meaningful conversations, and build early relationships that turn into qualified pipeline to arm your counterparts on the Account Executive team. Your core tasks will involve researching, prospecting, prioritizing accounts, educating prospects, and converting interest into high-quality meetings.This role places you at the centre of a high-performing GTM function.

What you'll do:Quickly develop a deep understanding of Paddle’s Ideal Customer Profile, core use cases, and value propositions to target the best-fit companies for us.Own and properly manage a healthy territory of high-fit accounts.Proactively generate conversations and effectively showcase Paddle’s set of products across all channels: LinkedIn, cold calling, email, video, and region-specific channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.).Convert these meaningful engagements into quali
