Quisitive is hiring a Business Development Representative to build pipeline and drive revenue alongside our campaign marketing team and an assigned team of Account Executives. This is a targeted, relationship-driven role built around responding to inbound interest, multi-threading into accounts, and running campaign-aligned outbound, not high-volume cold calling.
BDRs stay engaged with AEs well past the first meeting, helping nurture opportunities.
Location
This role supports Quisitive’s East territory. _Candidates within the Central and Eastern time zones are preferred_to align with territory coverage and team collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify the full buyer group, and schedule 15 to 25 qualified meetings per month. Multi-thread into target accounts and keep CRM records accurate and current throughout the sales cycle. Research each account’s existing Microsoft relationship, licensing, and funding position to sharpen qualification and give AEs a strong handoff.
Partner with the campaign team to align outbound with events, webinars, and other demand generation tactics, using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build target lists. Run targeted, account-specific outbound through Salesloft, referencing trigger events and campaign content rather than generic messaging.
