As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Gurobi Optimization,
your role primarily involves guiding prospective customers in integrating mathematical optimization technology into enterprise-grade software solutions. This goes far beyond technical advice. You bring clarity, build confidence, and drive progress for everyone along the customer journey.

Technical Account Management at Gurobi is part of the sales organization. We are a team of product and technology experts who partner closely with sales to help drive new business and deliver value to our customers. Technical Account Managers use their expertise to guide key implementation decisions and system architecture.
The most important focus of this role is to ensure the efficient utilization of our optimization technology, maximizing business value while considering cost-effectiveness and scalability.
You will collaborate closely with our Account Managers, Experts Advisory and Support, Research and Development, and Marketing teams. You will gain exposure to a wide range of industries and real-world optimization problems
