About this role
We’re looking for an experienced regional sales leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong hands-on approach — someone with a proven track record in scaling revenue in high-growth environments, preferably in cybersecurity or software, who can lead and develop a regional sales team, drive new business and expansion, build and manage a strong pipeline, work closely with channel partners, and ensure disciplined sales execution to consistently deliver predictable growth and exceed revenue targets.

This role requires a strong understanding of complex enterprise sales and procurement processes, excellent relationship building skills, and the ability to translate strategy into consistent sales execution. You will lead and develop a team of sales professionals while driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and increase market share across the region.
As a DACH Sales Director of Sales, you will be a core member of our Commercial Leadership Team and thus closely collaborate with the Channel and Marketing teams.
You will contribute to and execute the go-to-market & revenue growth strategy for Exeon Analytics in the DACH region and work closely with leadership.This is a high-impact role: your hunter attitude (creating win-win situations with our customers, activate networks, develop relationships) paired with methodological discipline (process, metrics, playbooks) plus your hunger to roll up sleeves, build pipeline, and drive predictable revenue growth will enable success.
