Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the APAC market. This hybrid role covers the full lead lifecycle: prospecting new accounts outbound, responding fast to inbound interest, and reviving leads that have gone quiet. We want driven, hungry sales professionals keen to make an impact.
About the role
Research target accounts and decision-makers in the APAC market, then prospect via cold calling, email or social selling to generate qualified leads.
Respond fast to inbound leads (demo requests, web enquiries, content downloads, event sign-ups) within agreed response times, then qualify quickly to book meetings where there’s a fit.
Revive previously interested leads (closed-lost, stalled conversations, past demo attendees, dormant contacts), find what’s changed in timing, needs, budget or stakeholders, then tailor your messaging to restart the conversation.
Use CRM notes plus activity history to personalise outreach, avoiding repeat touchpoints.
Understand prospects’ needs, then communicate our value proposition clearly, whatever the lead source.
Balance daily activity across outbound, inbound, re-engagement pipelines.
