Role Summery
Support onboarding for new SMB customers across domestic and global markets through telesales outreach, timely follow-ups, and low-touch engagement that helps drive activation and compliance completion.
What you’ll do
Use CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Aircall, and Marketo to support customer onboarding, assist with KYC completion, and engage prospects through structured call, email, and messaging outreach such as WhatsApp or Telegram. Apply effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to guide customers through the onboarding process and help improve conversion outcomes.
Manage communication with new accounts through calls, emails, and automated sequences while working closely with operations teams to support activation and approvals. Help address onboarding, operational, and payment-related issues in a timely manner to support a smooth customer experience and encourage first funded transactions.
Support onboarding and activation goals for the assigned portfolio by maintaining consistent outreach, encouraging progress to first funded transaction, and introducing customers to relevant Payoneer products where appropriate.
