Job Title: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Executive to drive sales of our Prompt RCM services to both new and existing customers.
This role will focus on increasing the adoption of Prompt’s RCM offerings within outpatient therapy practices across the country, leveraging a deep understanding of both the industry and RCM processes to deliver meaningful solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales: Perform sales conversations for inbound demo and meeting requests from prospects interested in Prompt’s RCM services.
Outbound Sales: Actively perform daily outbound efforts to attract new RCM customers, driving awareness of our offerings in the marketplace.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with outpatient therapy practices to understand their needs and demonstrate how Prompt’s RCM solutions can streamline their financial operations.
Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the
benefits of Prompt’s RCM services, and tailor solutions
