About this role
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our growing sales organization throughout the Western United States. This is a remote leadership position responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a geographically dispersed team of Account Managers within the skilled trades staffing industry while driving revenue growth across the region.
Candidates must reside within the PST, MST, or CST time zones, and expect extensive travel throughout the Western United Sates
Base Salary: $100,000-125,000/yr (DOE)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional staffing industry leadership experience. Candidates must have a successful track record (at least 5 years) leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams within the skilled trades / construction staffing industry.
Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining successful sales professionals. Strong understanding of staffing sales, business development, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline management. Experience managing remote sales teams across multiple geographic markets. Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities. Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve results. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
