About this role
About HozahHozah is a tech-led, award-winning company driving change in the parking industry and reimagining urban mobility. Our mission is simple but powerful: to transform parking into a seamless, automated experience, paving the way for smarter, more sustainable cities.
With recent recognition as PayTech Company of the Year, a place among Deloitte's Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Companies in the UK, and significant VC/PE investment, we're one of the fastest scaling companies in the country. And we're only getting started.
We currently hold a small share of a large market, which means the opportunity ahead, for the business and for the people who join it now, is huge. The RoleWe're hiring a Key Account Manager to win new logos and then grow them.
You'll find and open the door at landowners, managing agents, hotel groups and multi-site operators that have never worked with us, win their first site, and then earn the rest of their estate by delivering and building the relationship from the inside. This is a target-carrying sales role for someone who loves the hunt.
Rather than inheriting a book of accounts to farm, you'll build your own: the accounts you develop will be the ones you win, and the commission you earn on them is uncapped.
Cold calling and outbound prospecting are a core part of the job, so it suits someone who enjoys both landing the first deal and then multiplying it.You won't be running site go-lives, resolving driver appeals or chasing operational issues. Our Client Success Managers own the day-to-day running of each account, so your time goes on the commercial relationship, the next site and the next logo.
