About this role
About GameChanger:
We believe in the life-changing impact youth sports have on and off the field because they encourage leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and confidence—important life lessons that have the power to propel our youth toward meaningful futures. We recognize that without coaches, parents, and volunteers, organized youth sports could not exist.
By building the first and best place to experience the youth sports moments important to our community, we are helping families elevate the next generation through youth sports.
So if you love sports and their community-building potential, or building cool products is your sport, GameChanger is the team for you. We are a remote-first, dynamic tech company based in New York City, and we are solving some of the biggest challenges in youth sports today.
About the Role
GameChanger is the #1 youth sports app for live streaming, scorekeeping, and team management. We power millions of games each year, connecting athletes, families, and communities through technology. As we expand across sports—including continued growth in baseball and softball and rapid investment in basketball—we’re building a sales function to accelerate our next phase of growth.
We’re looking for our first Account Executive to join our growing sales organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you’ll play a foundational role in bringing GameChanger’s sales strategy to life by helping expand our footprint in basketball while continuing to grow our presence across diamond sports.
This is a unique opportunity to be an early member of the sales team, partnering closely with leadership to execute, refine, and scale a repeatable go-to-market motion. You’ll have meaningful ownership, direct customer impact, and the chance to help shape how sales evolves at GameChanger.
You’ll focus on two key growth areas:
Basketball (B2B2C): Partnering with clubs and organizations to drive adoption across teams, athletes, and families
