About the role
Fabricators across the country can’t hire enough welders, and you know it better than most, because you’ve run a torch yourself. As our Welding Sales Manager, you’ll show shops what cobot welding does for their throughput, quality, and people, and you’ll own the national welding number. Welding is one of our fastest-growing applications, and you’ll be the person who helps it grow even faster.
📍 Location
This role is remote within the United States, and we prefer candidates in NYC metro, North Carolina, California, Illinois or Texas. Expect to travel frequently to customer sites, regional teams, trade shows, and partners (~50% domestic travel).
What you’ll do
- Own the welding number. You carry the national quota for welding systems and revenue across direct and partner sales. You build and manage the welding pipeline and forecast with each region, and you measure success by installed, producing systems, not just bookings.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers. You co-sell welding opportunities with RSMs in every territory, from discovery through close. That means welding-specific discovery, part and joint reviews, and ROI conversations with fabricators. You’ll join customer site visits, demos, and weld trials alongside our Welding Applications Engineers, and you’ll raise the welding knowle
