about usincident.io is the AI software reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Netflix, Etsy, and 2,000+ companies who can't afford downtime. The stakes are real, the talent is insane, and somehow it's a genuinely lovely place to work.
We all pull our weight, go the extra mile, and put in the bit of magic most companies don't have time for, all while having fun and never taking ourselves too seriously. We've raised $96 million from Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine, and we're growing fast.

You lead the EMEA sales org directly, setting the bar on hiring, performance, coaching and territory design. You partner with in-region CS, SE, BDR and expansion account management to make the full regional motion work. This is not a role you can do from behind a forecast.
You'll be in the deals, running exec-level conversations with CTOs, CIOs and CISOs, inspecting and coaching pipeline personally, and carrying the deals that need you.
You'll also drive operational excellence across pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, recruiting, enablement, fiscal planning and territory design. Our leaders are close to the product, close to customers, and close to cross-functional peers.
