About the RoleAs a Sales Intake Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a friendly and informed introduction to our firm. You’ll support them from their initial inquiry all the way to a formal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys.
Your professionalism, empathy, and clear communication will help establish a positive and lasting attorney-client relationship.
What You’ll Do Every Day Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations. Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.
