Outbound SDR
Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.
And we’re looking for an Outbound SDR to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cold call U.S. pallet companies, mines, lumber mills, and similar industrial businesses.
Identify and contact owners and other relevant decision-makers.
Explain the company’s offering and connect its capabilities to each prospect’s call-handling pain points.
Direct interested prospects to the company’s software and its self-service trial and onboarding process.
Track calls, conversations, follow-ups, and prospect status in HubSpot.
Follow up with interested prospects who do not immediately begin the trial.
Maintain a consistent client-selected calling schedule and report activity and outcomes.

Qualifications:
Mid-tier (roughly 3+ years of professional experience). They need to be an intuitive, self-sufficient performer who already has best practices built in.
Strong practical cold-calling experience. Having SaaS experience is ideal, or at least a solid B2B background with some overlap in industrial markets.
Advanced professional English with a neutral or minimal accent. Tyler and the client specifically agreed this is critical because they are cold-calling traditional, “old school
