You’ll join a team building the infrastructure that makes these outcomes repeatable at scale.
About the roleWe're looking for a business development representative to join our sales team and help deliver a world-class go-to-market.
You will be responsible for:Prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach and targeted networking, including attending industry eventsBuilding and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects aligned with Scarlet’s ideal customer profileManaging qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and connect them with the right sales motionCollaborating with the rest of the commercial team to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach strategiesRequired
qualificationsYou have 1-3 years of experience in business developmentYou are curious about the world and enjoy building relationshipsYour grit and determination alone are inspirational as you seek to be the best in your fieldYou have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor outreach to different audiencesYou have the ability to quickly grasp commercial context and understand the unique needs of different companiesYou are highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable using CRM and outreach tools to manage your pipelinePreferred
