    About the RoleAs Uber continues to expand its services and strategic partnerships across US and Canada, the Business Development team is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Uber's most important partnerships across Consumer Loyalty (Travel and Hospitality) Consumer Loyalty Partnerships include strategic relationships with businesses such as Airlines and Hotels throughout the US and Canada You will be responsible for executing and expanding existing partnerships, ensuring successful implementation of commercial agreements, driving strategic initiatives, and maximizing long-term value for Uber and its partners.

    This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with teams across Business Development, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Policy, Marketing, and other regional and global stakeholders.This is an individual contributor role on a high-performing Global Partner Management team.

    You will act as the owner of your partnership portfolio, leading cross-functional teams to deliver against strategic objectives, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen executive-level partner relationships.

    What You'll DoManage a portfolio of strategic partnerships across Consumer Loyalty, ensuring contractual obligations and business objectives are successfully delivered.Own the ongoing governance, execution, and growth strategy for assigned partners, identifying opportunities to expand partnership value and drive business impact.Lead cross-functional stakeholder groups to launch new initiatives, resolve escalations, and execute strategic programs.Monitor partnership performance, develop business reviews, and communicate key insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.Build and maintain senior-level partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic initiatives.Partner closely with Business Development teams to support renewals, expansions, negotiations, and
