    With the product and reputation already proven, the company is now building a dedicated new business function to match.The RoleAs Business Development Director, you will open doors with enterprise brands across Germany and Europe and turn first conversations into signed signage contracts.

    This is a true new business role: there is no inherited book of accounts, and you will have real autonomy over your pipeline, relationships, and approach.You will work with senior marketing, retail, and procurement stakeholders on the client side, then hand signed projects to an experienced internal delivery team, so your time goes into selling.

    This role is ideal for a structured hunter who knows how to get in front of the right people and hold their ground with procurement.
