Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions, that combines scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver personalized skincare solutions that actually work. Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we're positioned at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech.
On this role you'll own new revenue across the EU, UK and US: B2B cycles, enterprise beauty and retail brands, deals that matter. You're selling a technical product to commercial buyers — and you'll have real room to shape how we sell it, not just run someone else's playbook.
What You'll Do:Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on B2B clients in beauty and retailConduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our AI skin analysis technologyBuild and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and data-driven strategiesIdentify and pursue high-value opportunities with European cosmetics brands and beauty retailersTarget key markets including UK, Germany, France, and other EU territoriesNegotiate contracts and pricing structures that maximize both client value and company revenueCollaborate with our technical team to customize solutions for enterprise clientsMonitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new business opportunitiesProvide feedback to product development based on client needs and market demandsRepresent Haut.ai at industry conferences and networking events
What we expect you to have to excel at this job:5+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement (tech, SaaS, or beauty industry preferred)Proven track record of closing deals in the $50K-$500K rangeExperience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approachesUnderstanding of the European beauty/skincare market or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical productsFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate tech
