About this role
General DescriptionAs (Senior) Sales Manager Wholesale & B2B, you are a key pillar of our sales team and responsible for establishing and expanding our wholesale and B2B partnerships. You independently manage a portfolio of national and international key accounts, develop new business relationships, and ensure that our brand is present with the right partners.
Your RoleIndependent management and strategic development of a portfolio of wholesale and B2B key accountsAcquisition and onboarding of new partners in the retail, concept store, and corporate segmentsNegotiation and closure of commercial contracts as well as terms negotiations with buyers and decision-makersDevelopment and implementation of tailored sales strategies for different channels and marketsPreparation and presentation of proposals, order sheets, and seasonal presentationsClose collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Product Management) to ensure smooth order processingMaintenance and structured documentation of all customer data and sales processes in CRM (Salesforce)Market and competitor monitoring as well as identification of new sales opportunitiesYour Skills and ExperienceAt least 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or wholesale, ideally in the premium fashion, lifestyle, accessories, or travel goods industryHigh motivation to achieve goals and drive growthExperience managing key accounts and steering complex sales processesStrong negotiation skills and closing ability at decision-maker levelStructured, independent way of workingAnalytical mindset and data-driven approachConfident handling of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) as well as MS Office / Google Workspace, etc.Interest in AI-driven tools and digital process optimizationPassion for smart, innovative products, quality, and designFluent in written and spoken German and English
