You will build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organisation, combining strategic account leadership with new-business growth, to deliver transformational value for our largest and most strategic customers.
What you'll do at UiPathOperate in harmony with our values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and FastDevelop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Consumer Industries across the UK & Ireland, building a sustainable, scalable growth plan aligned to company objectivesBuild and lead a differentiated sales team spanning strategic account management, enterprise growth and new-business hunting, each with a distinct playbook and clear ownershipGrow our largest strategic accounts through executive sponsorship, multi-year account planning and consistent value realisationExpand UiPath's footprint within existing customers by opening new buying centres and driving adoption of new solution areasLead new-logo acquisition against a clearly defined ideal customer profile, generating and converting a healthy new-business pipelineCommunicate and align strategy across UiPath's Eco System of GSI's, Focus Partners, and Technology and Academic alliances to extend customer impactHead up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors, to track progress on priorities and targets.
