About this role
About the RoleUber for Business is on a mission to bring the best of Uber to businesses around the globe. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our U4B footprint by identifying, engaging, and closing strategic partnerships with large enterprises.
You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and operations teams to deliver tailored mobility and delivery solutions that drive business value for our clients.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth team within one of the world's most innovative tech companies, working with top-tier organizations to redefine the way businesses move and operate.What the Candidate Will DoIdentify and prospect new enterprise-level opportunities to grow Uber for Business revenueBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline, with a focus on strategic accountsLead the entire sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closingPartner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Legal) to develop and present tailored solutionsBuild strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level and senior decision-makersProvide market feedback to help shape product and service enhancementsDeliver accurate sales forecasts and performance metrics to leadershipRepresent Uber for Business at industry events and conferences as neededBasic
Qualifications5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in enterprise or strategic salesProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity softwarePreferred
QualificationsExperience in SaaS, mobility, logistics, or technology solutions salesPrior experience selling into Fortune 1000 companies or equivalent large-scale organizationsStrong underst
