You’ll lead a group of Account Executives, mentoring them to hit—and exceed—revenue targets. Your day-to-day includes developing talent, improving call quality, and turning sales processes into scalable systems. This is a strategic role that puts leadership first and closes second.
Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives Improve call and deal execution using platforms like Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance in Salesforce/HubSpot Build and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and revenue Partner with Marketing to sharpen GTM alignment Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent
