What You'll DoCustomer & Sales SupportEngage warm leads from RV dealer partners across the U.S. and CanadaGuide customers through account setup, membership activation, and renewalsAnswer inbound calls related to reservations, memberships, and general inquiriesUpsell add-on camping products and refer upgrade opportunitiesLead & Account ManagementCollect, enter, and manage leads in the RVD Portal and CRM systemsEnsure accuracy of customer records and complete all follow-up tasksMaintain working knowledge of products, promotions, and policiesPerformance & ServiceMeet call handling, quality assurance, and sales performance metricsResolve customer issues with professionalism and follow-throughCollaborate with team members and support overall team goalsSkills & ExperienceSales or customer service experience (phone sales a plus)Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environmentComfortable n
