About this role
Let’s fix hospitality, for good.Hospitality is tough – margins are thin, waste is high, and teams are stretched. But it doesn’t have to be this hard. That’s why we built Nory. Our CEO, Conor, knows the pain first-hand. After founding and scaling Mad Egg in Ireland, he got fed up with juggling “market-leading” systems, clunky spreadsheets, and endless printouts.
So he set out to build the tool he wished he’d had from day one.Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, it’s operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. The result?
Thriving restaurants, better jobs, less waste, healthier margins. And we’re just getting started. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik, we’ve grown to 100+ people across Ireland, the UK, and Spain – and demand is scaling faster than we ever imagined. We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our London team and help power our outbound engine.
This is an early-career role for someone hungry to learn sales from the ground up, with real ownership of the first conversations we have with restaurant operators. This role is based in our London office, with at least 3 days a week in the office.
What you’ll be doing:Own outbound – Start conversations with restaurant and hospitality operators through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.Learn fast – Work closely with AEs, Marketing and the wider BDR team, and act on feedback to sharpen your craft every week.Pipeline management – Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support our Account Executives in consistently smashing monthly revenue targets.Account research – Find the right decision-makers and learn what matters to their business, using sales tools and online research.Messaging & campaign execution – Craft and deliver personalised, value-led messaging that speaks to our prospects.Collaborati
