Your RoleAs our Business Development & Account Manager, you will sit at the front line of commercial growth. You will be responsible for winning new business, managing strategic customer relationships, and helping define how Loki approaches sales, account management, and customer success in the early stages.
What You’ll Be DoingIdentify, approach, and win new business across target verticalsManage client relationships as the primary point of contact within LokiDrive account expansion by building stakeholder relationships and identifying new opportunitiesGather customer feedback, then work closely with engineering and product to turn insights into actionDrive customer discovery and help guide integration of our end-to-end deployment productOversee onboarding and ongoing success for new accounts
