Our client, a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a Sales Director to drive new client acquisition and expand its business!

The ideal candidate has proven BPO sales experience, a strong track record of closing deals, and the ability to independently generate new business. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based opportunity for someone entrepreneurial, ambitious, and excited to build a sales operation from the ground up, with the potential to lead a team as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for BPO services.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiations and closing.

Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.

Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.

Establish a repeatable sales process and help scale the company’s sales operations.

Requirements

Proven BPO sales experience with a demonstrated track record of generating new business and closing deals.

Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions, preferably in back-office operations, customer support, finance, or related services.

Experience independently managing the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting and client acquisition.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.

Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset with the ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch.
