About the RoleAt Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and help maintain a consistent, healthy sales pipeline.This is a hands-on outbound role focused on engaging prospects, qualifying interest, and turning conversations into sales-ready appointments.You’ll connect with potential customers through: Phone calls Email LinkedIn Follow-up sequences Your goal is simple: start conversations, identify qualified prospects, and consistently book meetings that sales representatives can convert into opportunities.If you’re confident speaking with prospects, comfortable with outbound outreach, organized with follow-ups, and motivated by measurable targets, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll OwnOutbound Prospecting & Lead Engagement Reach out to prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn Execute consistent outbound follow-up Engage both new and previously contacted leads Build rapport quickly and professionally Generate interest in the company’s products or services Maintain disciplined outreach activity throughout the day
