About Finix
Finix is building the global operating system for fintech, starting with payments. From startups to publicly traded companies, Finix processes tens of billions of dollars annually both in-store and online. Finix was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in San Francisco.
To date Finix has raised over $200M, including a $75M Series C led by Acrew Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners and backed by American Express Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Homebrew, Inspired Capital, Visa, and others
About the Role:
As an Account Executive on our Platform team, you will own the full sales cycle for Finix’s payments products, selling to platforms and ISVs of all sizes. You will lead the sales cycle with founders, CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, and VP/Director-level functional leads.
You will drive sales strategy by owning every stage of the cycle from discovery to close, including the cross-functional work to develop the customer strategy and contribute to broader revenue initiatives.
Payments are core to the strategy of the vertical SaaS companies we partner with, and Finix’s tools let software platforms monetize payments while keeping their SaaS fees competitive. You’ll work with founders and executives to understand their business and help them embed and monetize payments.
You Will:
Own and manage the full sales cycle from hunting/discovery to close for software platforms and ISVs. Develop relationships with executives at software companies, along with the technical and non-executive stakeholders brought into deals. Share prospect feedback with cross-functional teams, refine our Ideal Customer Profile, and act on insights from your knowledge of our platform customers.
Contribute to team projects focused on developing and refining our sales process and playbooks. Partner with cross-functional teams to help drive product strategy and operations. Work closely with our Implementation, Product, and Payment Ops teams to ensure long-term customer success.
