About this role
We’re looking for a Account Executive to join Magentic and help build how we engage with enterprise customers from the ground up.At Magentic, we’re building AI agents that can automate complex procurement and supply chain workflows for some of the world’s largest companies.
We’re operating at the cutting edge of agentic AI and human computer interaction, building systems that can manage work that historically required entire teams.Our mission is to make global supply chains more resilient in an increasingly unpredictable world.
It’s a huge market opportunity and one that is still massively underserved from a technology perspective.We’re backed by Sequoia Capital and building a small, high calibre team with experience from OpenAI, Meta, Revolut, NASA and McKinsey.This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we take Magentic to market.
You’ll work closely with the founders to help define our sales motion, build relationships with enterprise customers, and turn early traction into a scalable commercial engine.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ambitious environments, likes building from scratch, and wants a high level of ownership and impact.
What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to closeBuild relationships with enterprise customers across procurement, operations and supply chain functionsPartner closely with founders on go to market strategy, messaging and customer feedbackHelp define and improve our sales processes, tooling and playbooks as we scaleLead complex discovery conversations with senior stakeholders and enterprise buyersWork cross functionally with product and engineering to relay customer insights and shape roadmap prioritiesManage pilots, commercial negotiations and procurement processes with enterprise organisationsRepresent Magentic externally across customer meetings, events and industry conversations
