Aufgaben
Du verantwortest den gesamten Sales Cycle für Enterprise- und SMB-Kund:innen – von der Akquise bis zum Vertragsabschluss. Du identifizierst Inbound- und Outbound-Potenziale, gewinnst neue Kund:innen und führst Verhandlungen. Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse potenzieller Kund:innen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit internen Teams passende Lösungen.
Du arbeitest eng mit Account Management und Marketing zusammen, um Partnerschaften und einen nachhaltigen Sales Funnel aufzubauen. Du vertrittst Wolt for Work bei relevanten Events und im Austausch mit potenziellen Kund:innen.
Das bringst du mit
Erfahrung in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management oder Partnerships – idealerweise im Enterprise-Umfeld. Eine starke Eigenmotivation, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise; Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen ist von Vorteil.
