    About this role

    About Palmstreet:

Palmstreet is a community-obsessed live shopping platform connecting over 2 million passionate collectors and sellers. Started in 2020, we have grown into one of the largest live shopping platform in the US, featuring 1000+ daily live streams.

Backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, we’re building the “World’s Online Main Street”—bringing authentic personal connections and the excitement of discovering one-of-a-kind products to online commerce. On top of our strong US community, we’re expanding into Mexico and looking for ambitious, sales-driven talent to help build our local seller community.

    The Opportunity:

Palmstreet is looking for a Business Development Representative based in Mexico to identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential sellers onto our platform. This is a hands-on sales role.

You will connect with prospective sellers through digital channels, understand their businesses, communicate the value of selling on Palmstreet, guide qualified sellers through the onboarding process, and keep supporting their growth on Palmstreet. All seller acquisition and relationship-building will take place online, and the position is fully remote.

This is a high-intensity role that requires flexibility, including frequent evening and weekend work, to connect with sellers when they are most available.

    Responsibilities:

Identify and research high-potential sellers, creators, shops, and communities across Mexico.

Build a strong pipeline of seller leads and consistently meet outreach, onboarding, and activation targets.

Persuade qualified sellers to join the platform and guide them through the onboarding process.

Build long-term relationships with sellers and support their early success on Palmstreet.

Gather seller feedback and market insights to help improve our product and go-to-market strategy in Mexico.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and customer support.
