About this role
Raison is on a mission to provide humans with better skills so they can feel confident and have more opportunities in the AI era. We help companies make sure 100% their teams master AI, directly in the flow of work (Teams, Slack) so that AI knowledge spreads across the organization instead of pooling in a handful of champions.
We are passionate entrepreneurs believing that the ongoing AI revolution should be shared by all employees; and that the future of corporate interactions should not be restricted to private human-machine chats.
Raison is capturing what champions create with AI, turning it into shared, governed skills, and propagating them so everyone feels capable and empowered; acting as a powerful lever to accelerate the AI transformation of corporates.
We recently raised €2m from a top French VC + BPI and a selection of high-profile business angels who believe AI mastery is the highest-leverage application of AI inside companies. We are signing our first corporate design partnerships this September.
Tasks
Founding Business Development Representative
We are looking for a Founding BDR to open Raison's pipeline. You will find the companies where AI has been deployed but isn't actually used, reach the person who has to answer for it, and turn that conversation into a qualified meeting with our Account Executive and founders.
You will reach out to Transformation leads, Heads of AI, CFOs and COOs in mid-sized companies at the moment something forces them to act: their board, CEO or PE fund is asking what AI has delivered, or the person who carried the AI program is leaving. Our wedge isn't one more training session. It's making AI stick across every team, and showing what actually changed.
You'll need to tell that story in two sentences, on the phone and in writing. As a founding commercial hire, you'll work hand-in-hand with the CEO, our AE and the founding GTM/Ops.
What you hear in the field will shape who we target and how we talk to them. This role is perf
