About the Role As Uber continues to expand its services and technologies globally, the Business Development team is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven dealmaker to grow strategic product partnerships designed to drive scale with our most valuable merchant and corporate partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for both shaping the strategy and leading the execution of partnerships that span across sectors, including Uber Eats, Uber Direct, Uber for Business, and other key verticals to drive Uber's growth and innovation.

What You'll Do: Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities across various sectors, with a focus on high-impact collaborations that drive business growth. Lead end-to-end partnership processes, from initial outreach and business case development to contract negotiations and implementation.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-Corporate Development, Product, Finance, Compliance, Policy, Marketing, Operations, Legal & Engineering-to ensure partnership strategies align with overall business goals and drive value. Develop and present strategic deal analytics, competitive research, and market insights to guide business decision-making and shape partnership strategies.

Be results-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity, proactively bringing clarity and structure to complex or undefined situations to drive tangible outcomes.
