About this role
Description
At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to top clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join one of our client’s teams in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Publisher Acquisition
Source and close mid-market and enterprise app & game publishers.
Build relationships with founders, monetization heads, and growth teams.
Own pipeline from prospecting to signed commercial agreements.
Account Expansion
Grow revenue from existing publishers.
Identify monetization gaps and upsell new AppBroda products.
Coordinate with TAM and Ad Ops teams to improve performance.
Strategic Partnerships
Develop relationships with:
AppLovin
Unity
ironSource
SSPs
DSPs
Mediation platforms
Identify partnership opportunities that create revenue or distribution advantages.
Market Intelligence
Track changes in:
Programmatic advertising
Mobile gaming
Ad monetization
AI-driven optimization
Privacy and platform changes
Bring new business opportunities back to leadership.
What Success Looks Like In the first 12 months:
Close 15-20 new publishers.
Generate $5M annualized revenue.
Launch at least 2–3 strategic partnerships.
Create a repeatable outbound acquisition motion.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
4–10 years in adtech/mobile gaming BD.
Existing network among publishers.
Comfortable selling six-figure and seven-figure annual deals.
Strong commercial instincts.
Can work independently with minimal structure.
Able to identify opportunities before competitors.
