missions, managing multi-stakeholder deals from sourcing through contract negotiation and close.Represent Isometric in the market, maintaining a strong presence at key industry events — engaging prospective buyers to build pipeline and communicate Isometric’s differentiated value.Act as a strategic signal back into the business, sharing insights from buyers and the market to shape go-to-market strategy, product priorities, industry positioning, and market expansion.Things we’re looking for:Commercial & technical sales excellence: Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex B2B deals — ideally AI or SaaS, or involving a technical or category-creating product, where educating the market was key.Early-stage operator mindset: Experience as a founder’s associate, founding AE or early sales hire — building GTM motions from scratch and using AI tools like Claude Cowork to move quickly and operate effectively in fast-moving environments.Clear, strategic communicator: Skilled at simplifying complex topics for varied audiences and balancing hands-on execution with big-picture thinking.This role isn’t for you if:You want a remote job.
