About the role and team Working at Uber means solving hard problems in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. As a Senior SMB Account Executive for Uber for Business (U4B), you will be the engine behind our growth, navigating a landscape where digital and real-world movement intersect to create tangible impact for millions.

This role is about more than just hitting a quota; it requires the grit to handle high-volume prospecting while providing a consultative, \"Uber-first\" experience in a territory you truly own. What you'll do Lead the charge in prospecting, pitching, and closing partnerships with diverse decision-makers within the SMB segment for the latest U4B products. Identify and eliminate barriers to gain client commitment, using a consultative approach to probe for objections and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to shape proposals, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale. Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for clients and for Uber.
