About the role:
As Senior Partnerships Manager, Eastern Europe, you will build and scale the partner ecosystem that establishes Parloa as the leading agentic AI solution across Eastern European markets. Working closely with EMEA leadership, you will shape the regional strategy and carry out the moves that secure Parloa's presence in these key expansion markets.
This is your opportunity to build a regional footprint from the ground up and own the partner engine behind Parloa's entry into Eastern Europe.
Areas of ownership:
- Partner Recruitment and Growth: Identify, sign, and grow leading service partners across Eastern Europe, using your existing network to speed up market entry.
- Joint Business Planning: Build shared business plans with partners that align goals and strategy, and turn them into co-selling, referral, and implementation wins.
- Partner Go-to-Market: Lead joint marketing and sales efforts with partners to bring Parloa's AI solutions to market with confidence.
