What you'll do Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Representatives, using commercial coaching to unblock their pipelines and accelerate their career growth.Navigate shifting market priorities and internal complexity to set geo-level commercial strategies that drive new business acquisition and revenue.Manage sales lifecycle execution with urgency, from monitoring healthy pipeline forecasting to assisting your team in closing high-value, complex deals.Collaborate across Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve blockers, optimize workflows, and deliver restaurant partner solutions that scale.Drive a culture of accountability and excellence, conducting deal reviews and performance calibrations to ensure the team consistently hits or exceeds monthly goals.Adapt to evolving market trends and competitor offerings, using data-driven insights to troubleshoot sales tactics and improve the merchant experience.Basic
