As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging prospects through outbound channels, qualifying leads, and booking high-quality meetings for sales representatives.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in remote sales, lead generation, business development, and B2B sales.
Key
Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and decision-makers. Engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and identify genuine sales opportunities. Book qualified appointments and sales meetings for Account Executives or Sales Managers. Research prospects and businesses to identify relevant opportunities.
Accurately record prospect interactions, notes, and activities in the CRM. Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets. Follow up with prospects through structured outreach sequences. Work closely with sales teams to ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed over. Continuously improve outreach messaging, objection handling, and conversion rates.
Requirements Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales is preferred. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Confiden
