Head of Sales & Distribution – WealthTech & Investment Technology | Remote
Company: Artha
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Industry: WealthTech / Investment Technology
Function: Sales, Distribution & Go-to-Market Leadership
About Artha
At Pavago, one of our clients, Artha, is hiring a Head of Sales & Distribution to build and lead its commercial strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.
Artha is a portfolio intelligence platform built for financial advisors, wealth managers, family offices, and institutional investors. Its technology helps investment professionals understand how portfolios may behave as market conditions change, identify potential risks and their underlying drivers, and evaluate portfolio decisions through scenario analysis and optimization.
Artha is already live in market, with paying customers, institutional use, and integrations across the wealth-management ecosystem. The platform was built by a team with decades of experience across investment management, portfolio construction, ETFs, financial technology, product, and engineering.
The product has been built. The next chapter is about building distribution around it.
The Opportunity
This is a zero-to-one commercial leadership role for someone who has built before—not someone looking simply to manage an established sales organization.
You won’t inherit a mature inbound funnel, SDR organization, or finished sales playbook. Instead, you’ll work directly with Artha’s founders and product leadership to determine how the platform goes to market, sharpen the commercial story, identify scalable channels, and personally turn opportunities into customers.
Initially, this will be a highly hands-on role. You’ll:
Open doors and leverage your existing network Personally prospect and generate pipeline Run discovery and product conversations Develop strategic relationships Test positioning and messaging Build direct and partnership-driven distribution chan
