About this role
Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous! Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains. Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects.
In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times. To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor.
Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies. BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth.
From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America. Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard. What the job actually feels likeThis is a build job. When you join, BLP has no US pipeline, no US case studies, and no local playbook.
It’s not the well-oiled machine with sophisticated processes for everything.
What you get instead: an experienced Senior Account Executive sitting next to you, a country manager owning the strategy, a direct reporting line to the VP of Business Development in Europe and a strong DACH SDR team willing to support. You get a winning product and a market nobody here has sold into yet.
All of that comes with strong support from the Switzerland HQ.Your first job is to work out who buys, why, and what makes them pick up the phone. You will hear no far more often than yes.
The yes is a 30-minute discovery call with a CFO, COO, or Head of Finance at a large US manufacturer or industrial business, where you run the meeting, present the value, and map the stakeholders live.If you want a finished machine to pl
