Responsibilities Acquiring new Introducing Broker (IB) partners On-boarding new IB partners Relationship management with new and existing partners to build loyalty Continuous due diligence Introducing Libertex products, services and cooperation terms to partners Consulting partners' staff on sales, monitoring partners' sales Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met Preparing monthly reports on partners' performance Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach
Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a Business Development role within the brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange or neobanks industry. A good understanding of international financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets Business-level fluency in spoken and written English.
Additional languages will be considered an advantage Excellent communication and writing skills as well as attention to detail Confident telephone conversation skills Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel Strong negotiation and pitching skills Great listening skills Ability to work on deadline Excellent customer service skills
